3 WIDTH SYSTEM

The Perpedes 3-width system was developed and tested in cooperation with orthopedic (shoe) technicians and is optimally suited for the insertion of insoles and foot / leg orthoses of different wall thicknesses. The shoe lasts are based on 3 different last groups and width systems, as well as the newest insights of the last geometry. Available are the three widths OT2, OT5 and OT8. Compared to the width OT2, the widths OT5 and OT8 each have a significantly higher heel, tension and toe box volume. The insole provides increased ball flexibility for dynamic roll-off. The sole construction of the 3-width therapy shoes provides more stability and gait stability due to the ball roller. Furthermore, there is the possibility of individual orthopedic dressings on all orthotic shoes.

Wide Selection
OT2 – for thin-walled orthoses and insoles / One-sided design
suitable as a compensating shoe for contralateral orthotic shoe

OT5 – for orthoses with a thickness of 4-6mm
OT8 – for orthoses with a thickness of 7-10mm

Explanation:

1. Easy to put on and take off due to wide access area
2. Front cap as a toe protection
3. Stable heel counter for optimal fixation of the orthosis and for a high foot stability
4. Removable insole as a placeholder for orthopedic restorations
5. Entry Loop (on some models)
6. Flexible, raised and padded shank edge to avoid pressure points
7. Easily shortened belts
8. Width regulation via locking technology
9. Increased toe box volume

2 WIDTH SYSTEM

For high walking comfort in a variety of orthotic applications. Due to the extended size range, orthotic shoes by PERPEDES can also be worn beyond the age of youth. The wider insole and the increased shaft volume provide ample space for many types of orthoses.
Perperdes NS shoes are suitable for thin-walled orthoses and insoles and serve as a contralateral orthotic shoe.

Explanation:

1. Easy to put on and take off due to wide access area
2. Front cap as a toe protection
3. Stable heel counter for optimal fixation of the orthosis
4. Removable insole
5. Flexible, wide sole for safe walking and good unwinding

Last Comparison OT / OT2 / OT5 / OT8

Comparison OT / OT2 / OT5 / OT8 in the forefoot

- Different toe box and clamping volume

- Optimized dynamics due to set-back ball point

Comparison OT2 / OT5 / OT8 in the hindfoot

 - different heel volume

- Paragraph blasting adapted to shoe size and age

Insole comparison of OT / OT2 / OT5 / OT8

- insole with flexion grooves

- Geometry adapted to foot and leg orthoses

Antivarus Shoes

For the treatment of pediatric sickle feet, recurrent and postoperative clubfoot and to ensure a physiologically correct gait pattern.

forefoot correction
The inner (medial) and outer (lateral) heel setting stabilizes the hindfoot (heel bone and tarsal bones). In order to keep the forefoot and metatarsal in the ball area (from Lisfranc's joint) in an externally drawn overcorrection of 8 °, our Antivarus shoes have a specially shaped, stiffened heel cap pulled medially to the bale. Antivarus shoes by PERPEDES are known for their comfortable fit and high-quality material and workmanship.

characteristics:

- Removable insole allows for individual insole care
- Further entry makes it easier to put on and take off
- The padded collar provides good rearfoot support and optimal grip without constriction
- Medially extended posterior cap past the correction point to the metatarsophalangeal joint
- Strong toe cap to support the correction function
- Flexible, wide and lightweight sole for safe walking and good unwinding
- Comfortable wearing properties through the use of selected materials
